Service Agreement

By engaging MSRE Towing for towing, transport, recovery, craning, or related services, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. These terms apply to all services provided by MSRE Towing (“MSRE”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) and may be updated from time to time. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of any updates.

Service Bookings & Availability

All service bookings are subject to availability of vehicles, equipment, and personnel. While we make every effort to accommodate your request, we cannot guarantee availability during peak times. Emergency and safety-critical situations receive scheduling priority.

Pricing & Payment Terms

Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT)

Invoicing:

Approved corporate clients may request invoicing terms (7–14 days) subject to pre-approval and credit checks. Invoices unpaid after the due date may incur interest or administrative fees.

Cancellation & Rescheduling

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a fee. Emergency bookings are handled case-by-case. MSRE reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a service due to safety concerns, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.

Vehicle & Equipment Operation

Only MSRE personnel may operate MSRE vehicles or equipment. Clients or third parties are not permitted to operate, modify, or interfere with any MSRE towing vehicles, cranes, or machinery for safety and insurance reasons.

Liability Disclaimer

MSRE Towing is committed to handling your vehicles and equipment with care. However, we are not liable for:

Pre-existing damage not recorded at time of service

Mechanical or electrical failure during or after transportation

Damage resulting from improper loading/unloading by third parties

Delays caused by traffic, weather, or other conditions beyond our control

Loss of items or valuables left inside vehicles

Clients are encouraged to photograph their vehicle before service and remove all valuables.

Insurance

MSRE Towing maintains full insurance for its operations, including public liability and transit cover. We recommend that clients maintain their own insurance coverage for high-value or specialty equipment. A Certificate of Currency can be provided upon request.

It is the client’s responsibility to provide accurate information about:

Special handling or equipment needs

Failure to provide accurate load specifications may result in service refusal or additional charges.

Service Area

Our core service area includes metropolitan Melbourne and surrounding regions. Services outside these areas are available on request and may incur travel charges. Please contact us for custom quotations.

Safety & Legal Compliance

MSRE adheres strictly to all road safety, vehicle transport, and OH&S regulations. We reserve the right to refuse service if the load or job site poses a safety risk or breaches legal requirements.

Dispute Resolution

If you have concerns or wish to raise a dispute, please contact our customer service team. Where possible, disputes will be resolved amicably. If resolution is not achieved, we agree to submit to mediation or arbitration under applicable Victorian law.

Privacy Policy

Your privacy is important to us. MSRE collects and stores personal data solely for the purpose of providing services and meeting regulatory requirements. We do not sell or share your information, except where legally required or necessary to complete your service.
